Quality Control

1. We produce 6mm to 32mm Thermo mechanical Treated Bars of Grade Fe - 415 to Fe - 550 as per ISI 1786: 1985 & other equivalent International Standards.
2. We are also registered with DGS & D.
3. Our TMT Bars are rolled from tested Billets IS-2830.
4. Our Bars are tested in our highly modern laboratory.
5. Our Bars have 30% extra tensile strength compared to ISI standards.
6. We also have the best Scientific design for better gripping with Cement.
7. The Weight per meter is less compared to others for consumer's benefit.
8. We have proper identification marks which are embossed on every meter of our Bar.
9. The consumers can save 25% to 30% of labour cost due to more softness & ductility while bending.
10. Our Bars have been tested to be Corrosion Resistant.
11. Elephant TMT Bars can withstand High temperature up to the range of 600 degree ensuring fire safety.
12. We are holders of ISI licence IS 1786: 1985 for manufacturing TMT Bars under Thermo Mechanical Treatment Process.
13. The design of our Micky TMT Bars has been approved by the Govt. Of India vide certificate no 0585 dt 09-01-2003 design no. 190520 dated 22-11-2002.
